Todd, you were a HUGE help in the purchase of our new home in Anthem and we just want to thank you for all you did. We had never selected a lot and houseplan to be built by a developer before. It was different from leisurely planning a custom home, and in our case had to be done especially quickly. It was such a comfort to have your guidance.
I still can't believe we made all of our selections (including the design center), signed all of the reams of papers, and were on our way out of state within 72 hours! And then we never saw our home until completed and we were closing the escrow. We sure could not have done that without all you did in our absence... interfacing with the job superintendent, checking the framing, insulation, wiring, etc. against plans and change orders, retaining and overseeing a custom painter, and on and on.
And you did all of this while we were tootling around the country on our dream motorhome trip. How spoiled can we be? Best of all we loved our home after all your hard work....everything turned out great. So we both send our thanks for all that professional TLC.
